Abstract

In a context of profound changes in Bolivian society, the author argues that more than a new theory of Bolivian society it requires developing another perspective. In this direction, this article aims to propose a renewed scheme on the references from which Bolivians can frame the debate. The text addresses the construction of cultural matrixs, expliciting the modern and Andean,  and connects cultural matrix with  institutionality,  to propose an Andean institutionality.
