Abstract

In the management of doctors and psychologists under the "state of exception" in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay, the professional practice amounted to a tension between human rights and professional ethics in a context of institutional threats, and administrative requirements repressive state apparatus. This article discusses how professional ethics was systematically damaged on one side, but also many actions were made in his defense and restitution.
