Abstract

The author argues that if God is back, is because we never really went away, but had to take refuge in the cave of the mystics. If you have become is because the great spiritual traditions of all time: Sufism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, and shamanic traditions of the Latin world and American prior to European invasion, have returned to make their voices heard deep in the territory of Western modernity. And they have done with his own profound teaching presented in new ways. But their God is returned because the Western hegemonic culture is and people have regained ears to God. The author illustrates this process by presenting some contemporary spiritual teachers and their sources, while a brief history of its influence in Chile.
