Abstract

The transformations occurred in the labor  realm in the last years, instituted a labor model characterized by  transitoriness and high rotation, where the labor condition of the worker appears individualized and depoliticized: they are suppliers of services with obligations and not workers with rights. This breaks the ties with the traditional regulating frames of labor relations and, as well, generates an obstacle to the possibilities of alternative organization as a path to modify their precarious situation. In this article we proposed to investigate the possibility of generating organizational processes starting from this reality and present the experience of the “Coordinadora de Trabajadores/as Precarizadas/os” that reunites workers bound to new services of the economy that experience labor uncertainty, who seted out to problematize that condition, construct a common identity as workers in that fragmented and precarious labor realm where they develop their activity.
