In the first part of the book, Fernando Díaz reviews human behavior in the group context and how in this dimension learning occurs as the foundation of human coexistence, a process that is articulated based on the explicitation of needs, which generates, as a reaction, the tendency to satisfy them, what the author calls the explicit or implicit formulation of the task.
