In his reflection, Andrés Monares makes himself the questions about the ethical, economic and even religious arguments that justify the rejection to neoliberalism. Resorting to the question of who can be neoliberal?, it crosses the different aspects of this doctrine, entering itself in its origins as a part of a protestant theology, and its later transformation into an economic and social ideology.
