Abstract

It is hypothesize in this text that the rapidity and importance of the alterations produced in the global financial landscape are such that they situate the States increasingly powerless to control the global economic order. Against this, states that the International Monetary Fund serves tighten the  plugs of the poor or alleviate certain local crises, but it closes its eyes to the rapid expansion of the global financial bubble, creating risk and social polarization that affects all of society. This situation demands for approaches and for a social pressure that can alter the link between power and money. He finally offers an analysis of the financial bubble in order to explain the global economic crisis.
