Abstract

This essay analyzes political influence as an effective tool of civil society in the execution of public policies, with special attention on education. It proposes how to understand this influence and asks itself who must influence. It asserts that influence on educational policies doesn’t have, up to know, too many successes to claim, and that a large and renewed agenda as the one proposed here, thought from the complexity of educational change, should imply significant contributions in the ways of thinking and exercising political influence for educational rights.
