Abstract

The permament changes that shake our present world have made us enter into an organizational situation of paradigmatic rupture; nowadays the old languages are insufficient to become ethical, sensitives and profitable on the day to day basis. The organizations that learn, conceived as complex systems, must be selfconscious and in a permanent process of construction and deconstruction that will allow the development of values for a working environment dinamic and full of potentiallity. The concept of “caordic farbices” is proposed as an essential element of a sum which results an indeclinable por in he composition of other elements which coincide in sinergic resonance, in a wholeness called globalization.
