The text is a manifesto of the Traditional Authorities Association U'wa Werjain Shita, in which they reaffirm their principles and convictions, and denounce bad practices and bad conscience of white man. They affirm their determination to defend their Land, and proclaim that with each species that disappears and with each native people that becomes extinct, human community is diminished.
